Anti-fascist

Well, this has been a good laugh...All these morons making idiotic comments.

Here are a few facts to disrupt your blissful ignorance:

1. BO is not black. If he had not decided he was above the law, people would have seen his birth certificate and found out that he is legally white, if he was actually born in the US.

A baby born in the US is given the race of the mother. His mother was white, therefore he is a dark skinned white man.

2. Bush is one of the worst Presidents we have had, he ranks right up there with Lincoln and Roosevelt, but the government schools will remember him just as fondly.

3. BO is a proven liar. The questions is which side of his mouth will he actually carry out? The unconstitutional promises he made on the campaign trail or the oath to uphold the Constitution? I'd bet my house the Constitution will lose...when the Constitution loses we lose!

4. This was the worst list of candidates I have ever seen and probably, ever! There weren't even any decent options from the third parties.

5. Clinton handed Bush a failing economy and bush exacerbated the problem.

Hope for the best, but plan for the worst...

Rafael the AfroHispanicCarribean Brother from another mother

This guy is not my President. I was lured and tricked into voting for McCain as the lesser of two evils, you all need to wake up and see that these two parties are playing around with you all. In this election being born on a Navy ship by the Panama Canal or keeping your birth certificate in a vault, sealed forever does not qualify you as a natural born citizen, our constitution is being raped and destroyed and in started with Bush and his bail outs and Obama is going to make it worse, he already said that goverment is the ONLY solution! Obama is not black he is mixed but if anything his name, his background is arab/muslim. But we all know this and hi extremist anti america buddies but a vast majority does not care and voted for him. The media shapped history and the young generation and thanks to them this election was about color and we got our first black president (according to them). Which if you say anything bad about him you will be attacked with:

1. You are RACIST!
2. Aw come on give the man a chance!
3. He's not in office yet
4. You are a sore loser, get over it!
5. You are a Bush lover and it was him who fucked everything
6. You are not being constructive or helping the country now it's not time to be divided!
7. You are some religious whacko who thinks he is the antichrist
8. He is inheriting all the shit that Bush left behind, is not his fault if he fucks up
9.You are just a hater
10. You are a racist!

As always I ask them the follwing three questions:

1. Does the Constitution matters to you?
2. Name three things Obama ever did as a Junior Senator in his two years that qualifies him for President?
3. Why did we take out Saddam Hussein in Iraq and know we are putting in office a Barrack Hussein Obama?

Barack Obama is a politician, first and foremost. He spent his campaign telling everyone what they wanted to hear in order to win. Obamamania reached a point where people were calling him the "Messiah", for crying out loud. The man has delivered too many promises to too many people and there is no way he can keep everyone happy. No experience means he is a puppet who will do as he's told by those behind the scenes. Call me a cynic, but I predict there will be a whole lot of disappointed people in a year or two, and the Republicans will regain control of the Congress like they did when Clinton was president.

Larry Kneebone

I am an Obama fan and not a fan what so ever of George W Bush, but I must say that this is America and you have every right to say what you want. I could go on about how bad George Bush is but Im not, because that's not what were talking about here. We are talking about your right to your opinion and freedom to say what you want. I have fully enjoyed my freedoms of speech especially for the last 8 years and will for the rest of my life. I hate what you have to say and don't agree with much, but keep it up. Your doing what any good American would do. Dissent is the highest form of patriotism.

robert

the reason why the liberals bashed bush for 8 years is because he was doing things for 8 years that is worthy of being bashed. barack has done nothing thus far as a president, because as obvious.. he's not the president yet. and also, its not just the "liberals" bashing him, if you listen, and read polls, and listen to public opinion then you would know that a shit ton of republicans bashed him and is still currently bashing him, he got us 2 unnessary wars that were completely unconstituational, that constitutes bashing.

i sense a little self fulfilling prophecy... now we all know thats not rational, come on guys

Brady

I am an avid Bush supporter. I did not vote for Obama because of his potentially damaging policies. I do hope he does good because I do not want America to go down the crapper (or at least I hope the republicans in congress do good and strengthen the country). I am sick of the "Jesus complex" that the left has given Obama whether they are aware or not. The songs dedicated to Obama, the request for holidays in his honor, the memorabilia sold on TV...it makes me sick...WAIT a year or two before you judge his presidency! He has done NOTHING (outside of being the first black president) that has made him worthy of the excessive amount of praise and "deification" the democrats have bestowed upon him. This is insane! Plus I am sick of being labeled as a "racist Republican"...good grief! I would have voted for Condoleezza Rice in a second if she ran for president and possibly even Colin Powell. But oh no she was just a puppet for the Bush administration and oh no she is a Republican so she is not "really black"...shut up! Also, the constant association of Republicans to hicks and rednecks is getting old and is most assuredly invalid. I could easily say that all liberals are hippies, emos, goths, homosexual, pro-abortion, atheistic, and brainwashed by ignorant hippy college professors...but I won't...because that would be "over-the-top" and stereotypical. Also, the anti-Bush rhetoric of "Bush lied" and "Bush killed" and "Bush is Hitler" has been shoved down our throats for 8 DAMN years so you liberal bloggers are not feeding us anything new! The one and only reason I am glad Bush is leaving office is so that he can rest from the unyielding hatred that has been directed toward him. It is irrational and sick! Oh he started a war or oh he damaged the economy...the words "easy scapegoat" comes to mind! I guess Osama Bin Laden, terrorists, Clinton policies, etc. are just creations of the right wing conspiracy! I am not saying Bush is perfect...no president has ever been (Obama will not be one...even though the left have already deemed him perfect and incorruptible (virgin birth and all that))...what I am saying is that any faults during the past 8 years can be contributed to all those in Washington at the time. God Bless America (yeah I said it)!

First of all, thank you for this site. With all the censorship and liberal-dominated media, it's nice to be able to go somewhere to get this information.

As for the "Hypocrisy from the left" comment, THANK YOU! I'm so sick of the Republican-haters being glorified... The comment above for example: "Your guy lost... hahahaha"... are you kidding me? That's the epitome of immaturity.

I feel like there is no way Obama can fulfill all of the promises he made to the American people... we will see, I suppose. But "redistribution of the wealth"??? What ever happened to individualism? He wanted to project that he was just one of us... he understood what the poor people of America were going through... WHAT??? For those who have not yet heard about Obama's little Christmas vacation, he rented three HOUSES (apparently one wasn't good enough) in Hawaii for his friends and family. I'd love to see the average Joe do that. If he wants to vacation in Hawaii in three different multi-million dollar home, that's fine... he's at perfect liberty to do whatever the hell he wants to do... but he should NOT make himself out to be what he's not.

And also, just to clear things up... Just because I voted Republican this election does NOT mean that I am a racist! It just means that I do not agree with his plans to "change" the country... I don't agree with his association with a certain individual who BOMBED the PENTAGON in his earlier years and then stated that he wished he had done MORE! That is sick! I don't like having a first lady that isn't "proud" of her country. I DO believe that race played a huge part in this election. Example: 3/4 of the black population that voted FOR Obama voted AGAINST homosexual marriage... So were they really aware of both candidates' positions, or did they vote for *cough* other reasons? With the press constantly vilifying conservatives... and countless celebrities throwing Obama down the throats of our youth, it's easy to see why he was elected.

But anyway, not all Republicans are evil, and not all liberals are saints. It would be nice if Obama supporters would just keep their negative comments to themselves, and if they're not, they should not try to censor the Republicans who have something to say... especially if the things they are saying are truths.

meee

you wonder why we put down the republicans so damn much? have you see what the hell they have done to this country? its a shame im only fuckin 15 years old and i dont have a racist bone in my bone but this shit that you all put on here is just pointless. you are in the wrong for puttin down obama the way you do. HE'S BLACK HE'S A DEMOCRAT. no shit!
get over it. go work the jobs that you have. most of you probably dont because of the way you republicans work. asshole. ungrateful assholes.

eric

Its good to see that during these difficult times there are Americans who are full of helpful ideas. Barack has not even been sworn in yet, and the true price of the neoconservative experiment known as the bush administration has not yet been tallied. keep up the good fight.....

John

Obama and the liberal idiots he brings with him will be an unmitigated disaster for America.

Lets just hope that in 2 years the republicans can take back the house, then fix the problem in the "White" house in 4 years.

Ohhhbama

Hell, with people like George around, who needs anti-Obama political banter? Looks like his type will ruin the party just fine by themselves. Oh and George, your boy is part "worthless white trash" as you so eloquently phrased it. I guess he should "go straight to hell" with us?

LGW

Amen, Woo hoo. Youre my new bff.

bookmarked.

liberty

Haha..okay George, settle down. Wow. Take your medication--lol.

I love how just because conservatives disagree with basically everything Obama stands for and we mistrust him it must because *gasp* he is *gasp* black *gasp*. There might be some morons who only vote for a candidate based on his color, but I can assure you most conservatives didn't vote for Obama because his policies and ideology suck...

Have a good day.

George

You racist, worthless white trash have received what you deserve. Be afraid for your children, you ignorent idiots. Each and every one of you scum of the earth assholes can go straight to hell. Fuck you and everyone descended from you. Your time is over, we have taken the country back from you. Be afraid, despair, and be fucked you worthless scum.

BUSH ANGER: OBAMA AIDES LEAK CHAT DETAILS
Tue Nov 11 2008 09:28:10 ET

Just hours after President Bush and President-elect Obama met in the Oval Office of the White House, details of their confidential conversation began leaking out to the press, igniting anger from the president, sources claim.

"Senator Obama would be wise to keep close counsel," a top Bush source warned.

"BUSH AND OBAMA AT ODDS OVER AID FOR AUTO INDUSTRY," splashed the NEW YORK TIMES in an exclusive Monday evening, quoting "people familiar with the discussion."

The two met at the White House in private, without staff.

"Bush indicated at the meeting that he might support some aid and a broader economic stimulus package if Obama and congressional Democrats dropped their opposition to a free-trade agreement with Colombia," claimed the TIMES.

The ASSOCIATED PRESS quickly followed with details of the conversation, citing "aides who described the discussion on grounds of anonymity, citing the private nature of the meeting."

Bush advisers view the leaks as an effort to undermine the president's remaining days in office.

"Senator Obama may not be familiar with a long-standing tradition of presidents holding their private conversations, private," a senior adviser explained to the DRUDGE REPORT.

Kayla Eck

So it's honestly ok for all these Democrats to sit here and bash Bush, McCain, and Palin, but if us Republicans say ONE THING about Obama, we're automatically the bad guys??? That's not right...that just goes to show how pathetic this country has become, and how much they can be persuaded by some fancy words and empty promises.

Jay

It is most comical these radical leftists, the Democrats and media are saying it is time for unity. Well, sorry but that just is not going to happen.

Do you Democrats and leftists just think we should forgive and forget the 8 years of hatred and divisiveness you gave George W. Bush? That just is not going to happen.

We have every intention of treating Barack Obama the exact same way you treated George W. Bush, we are not going to forgive your 8 years of hatred, nor will we forget it.

You want to unify, take your unifying and shove it, you had not interest in trying at all to unify with Bush, or even give him a chance.

If you would have shown Bush some respect and given him a chance, you would have gotten the same respect and chance given to Obama. But, you Democrats and liberal set the tone with how you treated Bush, so now it is payback time.

Barack Obama is NOT my president.

Liz

I am so upset Obama won. I despise his tax policies and him as a person. It will make my life so much more difficult.
Barcak Obama... NO WE CAN'T

Gabe

OK. This is for the ridiculously long, and convoluted argument of Jeannna.

First of all, you made a lot of very good points that I think may have provided benefit for people, if they had only WORKED.

Abortion & Traditional Values:

Totally subjective points of view here. It's only by personal beliefs that about 75% of this section seems good and grand of the Bush administration. I don't hold the same values as you, which are different still from the next guy. Who is anyone to say that a marriage is between any one man or woman anyway? How does it possibly effect you one way or the other? Why is it so great that after-school programs are faith based? They can't be based on anything else? And if they are based on faith I can guess as to which one it is. Not mine.

Budget, Taxes & Economy:

Jeanna clearly missed my point about top 5% tax cuts. The reason the dollar-value amount in the tax cut is so high is because it applies to people who make millions of dollars. Simple math. The president should not have line-item vetoing power so that he can push through his personal agenda.

Character & Conduct of President:

Are you serious? Bush can't even pronounce words correctly, never mind restore dignity to the White House. Credit to Bush for keeping this country together isn't an accomplishment. It's a requirement. I can't believe, that in the past 8 years, that we have let this country become so biased to Christian values. Remember that little-old "separation of church and state" amendment a while back?

Education & Employment Training:

Wow! Where have you been? The No Child Left Behind Act was one of the biggest failures of the Bush Administration. Why? Because the money was left behind. Enough said. "Jobs for the 21st Century" was, at the time, blocked by a Republican majority Senate. Troops-to-Teachers is a good idea--if they have a Masters degree and teachers certification.

Environment & Energy:

Not that bad here. But, we need forest fires. Sounds crazy, but the earth thrives on the carbon that falls on the ground after a forest fire. It feeds new life.

Defense & Foreign Policy:

Not even close here. Completely missed the mark of "successfully executed 2 wars." He didn't capture Osama Bin Laden, and we had NO exit strategy for Iraq. He cut a huge portion of taxes and grossly increased military spending. Whether or not you think that the UN is irrelevant, the supposed "threat" of WMDs and whatnot did not turn up yet.

Government Reform:

Unions benefit more middle-class workers than managers, aka the people who make way more money. It's clear that many of the policies that actually "worked" only helped the rich. If you cut the pay-scale for government jobs, then the people who are actually qualified and could do good work will go elsewhere. Why wouldn't we want the brightest minds steering our nation?

Here's the last straw: Dick Cheney was the most powerful VP ever. His involvement in Congress is both outside of the Executive Branch's checks and balances and extremely dangerous.

Health:

If people need surgery, they need surgery. Who is the government to decide when a physician should merely prescribe drugs rather than fix the real problem. More drugs? Seems to fit the agenda of big business and fat-cat corporations.

Homeland Security:

OK. I have to give Bush a lot of credit here. We haven't suffered a terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11. Not Bad. We did well in capturing a lot of "bad guys" save for one HUGE exception (you know of whom I speak).

How much does SEVIS cost? Too much if only 71 people we're arrested under suspicion. Were they ever convicted?

If I've skipped through some of Jeanna's points of argument, it's not because I conveniently ignored them. 50% of everything in the crazy post is a minor detail. Think about the big picture and the impact that list ridiculous list really has.

ttj

It's totally hilarious to see these Obama people calling for "unity in America," "rise up and come together," and loads of similar crap, in the same breath they say things like "don't you realize that Bush was the worst president ever, you idiots." Sorry Obamatons...now is payback time. You didn't have the decency to defend the U.S. for 8 years because of your petty insistence that Bush "stole" the election from you. Well, now you have won the election fair and square. You are going to have to answer for every error made in the Obama administration. I sincerely hope there aren't many, for your sake and for everyone else's. But listen, the first thing you can give up are these naive or disingenuous calls for "unity." Nobody who voted for Bush or McCain is stupid enough to unify around the proposals of Obama, especially after the treatment they got from Obama supporters. I say, let's give Obama the benefit of the doubt. If he doesn't screw up spectacularly, we can all be thankful. Finally, I'll wish you luck in defending Obama against attacks. Based on the customary behavior among Democrats, they are most likely going to come first and foremost from within his own party and administration.
